Projects

IWIC is a needs-led organisation, so by necessity the work is managed and funded within projects.

The Community Care Project

Located in the busy front line office, the Community Care Project provides advice and information on a range of issues including Irish passports, birth certificates, benefits, Irish pensions, debt, housing, returning to Ireland, tracing relatives and funerals.

The Supporting People project is funded by the Birmingham City Council’s Supporting People initiative. It offers vulnerable people the opportunity to improve the quality of life by providing positive services, which enable them to have greater independence and control in making choices within their lives.
